At 1,100 metres above sea level, on Monte Alago, La Taverna de Cinicchia pairs a breathtaking view of the Umbrian-Marche Apennines with cooking that never stopped being the real thing: game meat, snails with wild fennel, homemade pasta and grilled meats, with zero-km ingredients chosen season by season. A warm, family atmosphere, perfect for Sunday lunches, anniversaries and celebrations — the cooking of our grandmothers, with a touch of today.
